Your final Chapleau Hydro bill
Chapleau Hydro’s online payment system is no longer available. You received your final Chapleau Hydro bill in August and any outstanding balances not paid by the due date have been transferred to your Hydro One account and will appear as “Miscellaneous Adjustment” on your first Hydro One bill. Please note any security deposits or installment plans will also be transferred to Hydro One.

Your first Hydro One bill
By mid-September, you will receive your first Hydro One bill the same way you received your previous electricity bills. We offer flexibility that suits your lifestyle, with many options available to pay your bill. If you bank online, please remember to change your account number and the payee to Hydro One Networks.
Your new Hydro One account
Your new account number is in your Hydro One Welcome Package and will be on your first Hydro One bill. Use your account number to get your myAccount profile started. With myAccount you can conveniently view and pay your bill, select your language preference between English or French, monitor your electricity usage information, sign up for self-service options like paperless billing or AutoPay, and register for important alerts
