Public Hearing: Panning Act - 8, 20 and 32 Pine Street

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Chapleau will hold a public hearing on the 13th day of June, 2022, pursuant to the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act. 
The purpose of the meeting is to hear an application for a Temporary Use By-law to consider permitting the seasonal use of the subject property for RV and Camper parking for a period of up to 3 years. The property is described below as follows:

ANY PERSON with an interest in this application may attend a public hearing to be held in Council Chambers at 20 Pine Street West, Chapleau on the 13th day of June 2022 at 6:30 p.m. The Committee will hear the applicant and any other person who desires to be heard in favour of or against the application. 
Following the hearing, the Secretary will within (15) fifteen days from the making of the decision send by mail one copy of the decision, certified by her:

To the Minister, if the Minister has notified the Committee by registered mail that he wishes to receive a copy of all decisions of the Committee; to the applicant, and 
to each person who appeared in person for appealing the decision of the Committee of Adjustment to the Ontario Municipal Board.  

The applicant, the Minister or any other person or public body who has an interest in the matter may within 20 days of the making of the decision appeal to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal against the decision of the committee by filing with the Secretary of the Committee a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the decision and the reasons in support of the objection accompanied by payment to the Secretary of the fee charged by the Tribunal. 
If within such 20 days no notice of appeal has been filed with the Secretary, the decision of the Committee is final and binding and the Secretary will notify the applicant and shall file a certified copy of the decision of the Corporation.
