Notice of a Public Meeting for a Zoning By-law Amendment
TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Chapleau will hold a Public Meeting, pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, to receive input on a proposed amendment to the Approved Zoning By-law 2013-11.
THE PURPOSE AND EFFECT
of the amendment is to rezone the use of lands located at 58 Golf Course Road legal description: PLAN 80S PT LOT 8 RP 53R17457 PARTS 2 AND 3 to permit a Doctor’s Medical Office as a permitted Home Based Business in the basement level of the single family dwelling. A total of six (6) parking spaces on the property of the single family dwelling are proposed. The purpose of the Public Meeting is to hear comments and review submissions from the public and other agencies.

ANY PERSON
may attend the Public Meeting, and make oral and/or written submissions in regards to the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment.
IF YOU WISH TO BE NOTIFIED
of the passing of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment, or the refusal of a request to amend the Zoning By-law Amendment, you must make a written request to the CAO of the Township of Chapleau at 20 Pine Street West, Chapleau, ON, P0M 1K0.
IF A PERSON OR PUBLIC BODY
that files an appeal of a decision of the Council of the Township of Chapleau in respect to the proposed Zoning By-law amendments does not make oral submissions at the Public Meeting, or make written submissions to the Township of Chapleau before the proposed Official Plan amendments are adopted, the Ontario Municipal Board may dismiss all or part of the appeal.
IF A PERSON OR PUBLIC BODY
does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, or make written submissions to Township of Chapleau before the by-law is passed, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Municipal Board unless, in the opinion of the Board, there are reasonable grounds to do so

un amendement au Plan d’urbanisme
VEUILLEZ PRENDRE CONNAISSANCE
qu’il y aura une assemblée publique convoquée par le Canton de Chapleau, conformément au chapitre 34 Loi sur l’urbanisme, en vue de recueillir des réactions relatives à un amendement au Plan d’urbanisme 2013-11.
L’OBJET ET L’EFFET
de la disposition sont de modifier le zonage des terrains situés au 58 du chemin Golf Course, dont voici la description : PLAN 80S PT LOT 8 RP 53R17457 PARTIES 2 ET 3, pour y autoriser l’établissement du cabinet médical d’un médecin en tant qu’entreprise à domicile au sous-sol d’une habitation unifamiliale. On propose la création d’un total de six (6) espaces de stationnement sur la propriété où se situe ladite maison unifamiliale. La réunion publique a pour but d’entendre les commentaires et d’étudier les soumissions du public et d’autres organismes.

de l’adoption ou du refus de l’amendement susmentionné, il vous faut en faire une demande au préalable et en écrit à l’administratrice municipale du Canton de Chapleau situé au 20, rue Pine ouest, Chapleau, ON, P0M 1K0.
TOUT PARTICULIER OU ORGANISME PUBLIQUE
qui en appelle à une décision du Conseil municipal de Chapleau concernant un amendement au Plan d’urbanisme, et qui ne fait pas d’exposé oral lors de l’assemblée publique, ou ne présente aucune soumission écrite au Canton de Chapleau avant l’adoption de l’amendement, risque de voir sa demande rejetée en partie ou en totalité, par la Commission des affaires municipales de l’Ontario.
ÉGALEMENT TOUT PARTICULIER OU ORGANISME PUBLIQUE
qui ne présente pas d’exposé oral lors d’une assemblée publique, ni de soumission écrite au Canton de Chapleau avant l’adoption du règlement, risque de ne pas être ajouté comme partie à l’audience d’appel auprès de la Commission des affaires municipales de l’Ontario, à moins qu’il y ait des motifs jugés raisonnables par la Commission pour son inclusion comme partie.
