All Residents of Township of Chapleau
The Township of Chapleau is under a drinking Water Advisory from Public Health Sudbury & District. The water distribution system experienced a drop in pressure this morning which has resulted in the drinking water advisory.
The Township in coordination with OCWA has secured permission from Public Health to distribute potable water from the Water Treatment Plant to residents who attend the plant with their own containers. Access to the watering stations will be supervised and available today until 7PM and from 9AM until 7PM Wednesday and Thursday. Continue monitoring for public notices as we will update the water filling station hours as needed. We remind people to please adhere to all public health guidelines for COVID-19.
