Death Notice of Ms. Alyne Fortin
FORTIN, Alyne – Passed away peacefully at the Chapleau Health Services on Monday October 29, 2012 at the age of 70 years. Beloved wife of Gaston Bouchard. Adored mother of Marc (Lise), Marlyne (Richard), Nicole (Greg) and Chantal (Denis). Proud grand-maman of Marc Jr., Krystal (Brent), Shyanne, Tiffany, Brianna and the late Natasha-Lynn. Loving grand-maman of Blake. Loving sister of Gilles (Suzanne), Raymond (Lise) and Diane (Sylvain). Alyne will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by Gaston’s brothers and sisters, her nieces and nephews and by her dear friends Rachel and Linda. A Memorial Mass was held at Sacred Heart Church on Friday November 2, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Sebastien Groleau officiating. Memorial donations made to the Sacred Heart Church or to the Chapleau Health Services would be greatly appreciated by the family. The family would like to send a special thank you to Vital Air, Toronto General Hospital and to Dr. Briere and all the staff of the Chapleau Health Services for the care given to Alyne.
