BERNIER, John Joseph – (March 13, 1929 – December 21, 2014) Passed away peacefully at the Chapleau Health Services with his wife by his side. Beloved husband of Mary Bernier (nee Cooney). Loving father of Catherine Uchtenhagen (Markus). Much loved grandfather of Laura, Steven, Michaela, Meagan and Shaylyn. Son of the late Minetta (nee Vezina) and Fred Bernier. Dear brother of the late Berniece Martin (late Reino), late Gene Bernier (Grace), late Francis Bernier (late Diane) and the late Clem Bernier (Lise). John will be remembered by his many nieces, nephews and by his special friends Gerald Brunette and Lucien Pilon.
