Curbside Pickup Procedure:
Limit of 4 Books per Patron
Request can be made:
Online at chapleau.ca under Library Services, view catalogue, place hold,

Patrons must provide their name, phone number and library card number.
Patrons must provide the Title and Author of books.
Once book request has been fulfilled, we will call to arrange for pickup.
When arriving at the Civic Center, please call the Library and staff will come out to give you your books in a shopping bag.
Curbside Drop Off Procedure:
** Please do not leave items outside the building. There will be a Book Bin for you to place your items, inside the building.**

We will arrange a drop off time to meet you at the front door of the Civic Center.
Please ensure that the books are in a shopping bag for drop off.
Following quarantine and cleaning, materials will be placed back into the library collection.

Patrons are advised to wash hands before and after handling books, avoid touching their face while reading and to avoid coughing or sneezing onto items.
