ENCIL, Percy H. - Passed away peacefully at the Chapleau Health Services surrounded by family on Monday November 11, 2013 in his 95th year. Percy was born in Chapleau on March 10, 1919 to the late James and Laura Encil. Loving father of Gayle Duggan (James) and Val Ladouceur (Denis). Cherished grandfather of Melanie O'Riley, Tracy Castonguay (Jean), Darren O'Riley, Christopher Plouffe (Jodi), Jennifer Matthewson (Jim) and Vincent Ladouceur.
