FRANKOW, Elsie (nee Knezic) - Passed away peacefully just three days after her 93rd birthday on Friday November 28, 2014 at the Bignucolo Residence in Chapleau, Ontario. Elsie was born in Pelham Township, Ontario on November 25, 1921. During her life she also lived in Wainfleet Township, Welland, Parry Sound (where she and her husband owned and operated the Elliiott House Resort on Otter Lake) and in Sault Ste. Marie.
