GAUTHIER, Fernand - Est décédé paisiblement avec sa famille à ses côtés au Centre de santé de Chapleau le jeudi 19 mai 2022 à l’âge de 73 ans. Époux bien-aimé de Carole depuis 52 ans. Gros travailleur et père aimant d’Eric (Shelley), Joël (Lisa), Mélanie (Stephen) et Josée (Matt). Grand-père dévoué de Nicholas, Joshua, Amber, Madison, Jacob, Lukas, Matthew, Yanick, Ellia et Maxim. Fils d’Andréa et de feu Thomas Gauthier. Fernand était très apprécié de ses frères et sœurs, Roland (Jocelyne), Ghyslain (Micheline), Jocelyne, Marielle (Réjean), Louisette (Fred) et Marthe (Luc). De nombreux neveux, nièces et amis se souviendront de Fern. La famille et les amis pourront faire des visites à l’église Sacré-Cœur dimanche soir de 19 h à 21 h. La messe des funérailles aura lieu à l’église le lundi 23 mai 2022 à 11 h sous la présidence du révérend Hervé Sauvé. L’incinération suivra au River’s Edge Cremation Centre, à Sault Ste. Marie. A loving and hardworking father of Eric (Shelley), Joel (Lisa), Melanie (Stephen) and Josee (Matt). Devoted grandfather of Nicholas, Joshua, Amber, Madison, Jacob, Lukas, Matthew, Yanick, Ellia and Maxim. Dear son of Andrea and the late Thomas Gauthier. Cherished brother of Roland (Jocelyne), Ghyslain (Micheline), Jocelyne, Marielle (Rejean), Louisette (Fred) and Marthe (Luc). Fern will be remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends and family may visit at Sacred Heart Church onSundayevening from 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at the church on Monday May 23, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Herve Sauve officiating. Cremation will follow at River’s Edge Cremation Centre, Sault Ste. Marie. Memorial donations made to ALS would be greatly appreciated by the family.
