BEAR PROOF REFUSES CONTAINERS The Council of the Township of Chapleau wishes to advise all citizens of Chapleau and all citizens within the unorganized areas around Chapleau of its guidelines for the use of bear proof refuse containers. Bear proof refuse containers have been placed in designated locations within the corporate limits of the Township of Chapleau.
