Great News! Chapleau is expanding our recycling program. Every Tuesday, the Township of Chapleau picks up metal recycling objects. Effective immediately, the following items can be recycled and not put in the landfill. Have your open container out at the curb by 8 a.m.

This notice is to all who use Riverside Dr. to access the Michael Levesque trails. Riverside Dr. is the access point for school bus drop off and pick up. The round about at the end of Riverside Dr. is a waiting area for the buses to position themselves accordingly.
It has been brought to our attention parked vehicles are affecting the safe travel of the buses.
By-law 2020-52. Sch. 3 restricts public access to Riverside Dr. from Minto St. to the Easterly limit of Riverside Dr.

NOTICE TO TAX PAYERS
The first instalment of the 2023 Final Tax Billing is due August 31st, 2023.
A 1.25% penalty is imposed for late payment in addition to 1.25% per month per instalment on overdue accounts.
