GLABB, Elwood H. - Passed away peacefully at the Chapleau General Hospital--Bignucolo Residence on Monday July 15, 2013 at the age of 89 years. Beloved husband of the late Jacqueline 'Jackie' Glabb (May 27, 2013). Proud and loving father of Elizabeth Glabb, Peter Glabb (Julie), Ken Glabb (Judy), Rick Glabb (Terri Robertson) and Carol Lasante (Michel). Cherished grandfather of Jeanie, Zoe, Chelsea, Jenny, Jesse, Jori, Zack, Autumn, Ethan, Jordan, Nicholas, Jaimie and Sarah. Dear brother of the late Ted and Marion Demers and the late Harvey Glabb. Dear brother-in-law of Juliette Payette (late Billy), the late Romeo Morin (Beatrice), the late Yvon Morin (Velma), the late John Morin (late Betty Ann) and the late Gilles Morin (Estelle). Elwood will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Family and friends were invited to attend a Memorial Mass at St. John's Anglican Church on Friday July 19, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Iris Montague officiating. Interment at the Chapleau Municipal Cemetery. Memorial donations made to the Chapleau Health Services Long Term Care, St. John's Anglican Church or Royal Canadian Legion, Chapleau Branch would be greatly appreciated.
