NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING PURSUANT TO SECTION 34 OF THE PLANNING ACT

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Chapleau will hold a public hearing on the 13th day of June, 2022, pursuant to the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act.
The purpose of the meeting is to hear an application for a Temporary Use By-law to consider permitting the seasonal use of the subject property for RV and Camper parking for a period of up to 3 years. The property is described below as follows:

ANY PERSON with an interest in this application may attend a public hearing to be held in Council Chambers at 20 Pine Street West, Chapleau on the 13th day of June 2022 at 6:30 p.m. The Committee will hear the applicant and any other person who desires to be heard in favour of or against the application.
Following the hearing, the Secretary will within (15) fifteen days from the making of the decision send by mail one copy of the decision, certified by her:
a) to the Minister, if the Minister has notified the Committee by registered mail that he wishes to receive a copy of all decisions of the Committee;
b) to the applicant, and
c) to each person who appeared in person for appealing the decision of the Committee of
Adjustment to the Ontario Municipal Board.
The applicant, the Minister or any other person or public body who has an interest in the matter may within 20 days of the making of the decision appeal to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal against the decision of the committee by filing with the Secretary of the Committee
a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the decision and the reasons in support of the objection accompanied by payment to the Secretary of the fee charged by the Tribunal.
If within such 20 days no notice of appeal has been filed with the Secretary, the decision of the Committee is final and binding and the Secretary will notify the applicant and shall file a certified copy of the decision of the Corporation.

LA LOI SUR L’URBANISME
NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING PURSUANT TO SECTION 34 OF THE PLANNING ACT
AVIS est donné qu’il y aura une audience publique convoquée par le Comité des dérogations de la Corporation du Canton de Chapleau, le 13e jour de juin 2022 en vertu des dispositions de l’article 34 de la Loi sur l’urbanisme.
L’audience a pour but d’entendre une demande relative au règlement d’utilisation temporaire pour envisager de permettre, pendant une période allant jusqu’à trois ans, l’utilisation saisonnière de la propriété en question afin d’y stationner des VR et des camping-cars. La propriété visée est décrite ci-dessous :

TOUTE PERSONNE intéressée par cette demande peut assister à l’audience publique à cet effet qui aura lieu de façon électronique le 13e jour de juin 2022, à 18 h 30. Le Comité entendra la personne qui présente la demande et toute autre personne désireuse de se prononcer pour ou contre cette demande.
Au terme de l’audience, dans un délai de quinze (15) jours suivant la prise de décision, la secrétaire postera aux parties ci-dessous une copie certifiée conforme de la décision prise dans ce dossier :
a) à la ou au ministre, pourvu qu’elle ou qu’il ait exprimé au préalable, par courrier recommandé, son désir de recevoir une copie de toutes les décisions du Comité des dérogations;
b) à la personne qui présente la demande, et
c) à chaque personne qui aura comparu personnellement à cette audience pour porter en appel la décision du Comité des dérogations à la Commission des affaires municipales de l’Ontario.
La personne qui présente la demande, la ou le ministre ou toute personne ou organisme public qui a un intérêt dans la question en cause peut, dans un délai de 20 jours, porter en appel la décision du comité au Tribunal d’appel de l’aménagement local (TAAL) en présentant à la secrétaire du Comité un avis d’appel énonçant la nature de son opposition à la décision et les motifs justifiant son opposition. Les frais fixés par le Tribunal doivent accompagner l’avis d’appel et être remis à la secrétaire.
À défaut d’un appel dans le délai prescrit de 20 jours, la décision du Comité des dérogations devient définitive et exécutoire. La secrétaire en avise la personne qui a présenté la demande et une copie certifiée conforme de la requête est déposée dans les dossiers de la Corporation du Canton de Chapleau.
